PANPEPATO: the traditional Italian Christmas dessert to make in a few steps! 🎄

INGREDIENTS
50g shelled walnuts
50g toasted hazelnuts
50g almonds
120g all-purpose flour
120g honey
100g dark chocolate
60g raisins
2 tbsp water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

METHOD
1. Soak the raisins in a bowl of cold water.
2. In a saucepan, combine the honey and water, and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
3. In a large bowl, add the dark chocolate and pour the boiling honey mixture over it, stirring continuously to melt the chocolate.
4. Add the nuts, flour, spices, and the drained raisins to the bowl.
5. Continue to mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
6. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a loaf with a spatula.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
