No-bake zuccotto cake: an amazing Christmas dessert!

Just a few ingredients to make an incredible Christmas dessert.

INGREDIENTS

• 320g digestive cookies

• 200g dark chocolate

• 200g milk chocolate

• 150g butter

• 180g golden syrup

• 100g hazelnuts, halves

• 100g raisins

• 75g dried cherries

• 100g white chocolate

• 3 berries of cherry

METHOD

Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, syrup and stir.
Add crushed cookies, nuts, marshmallows, raisins, dried cherries.
Mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put the mixture inside, chill. After cooling, turn the dish onto a dish and pour melted white chocolate on top. Garnish with cherries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
