Savory Zuccotto: the perfect appetizer for the Christmas holidays!

INGREDIENTS
Tuna in oil
Mayonnaise
Sandwich bread
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the tuna in oil (drained) and mayonnaise and mix to combine.
2. Transfer the sandwich bread to the cutting board and roll it out with the rolling pin. Cut into the half.
3. In a bowl covered with cling film, start arranging the sandwich bread slices, add the layer of tuna and mayonnaise, then cover with another piece of bread and add the layer of cream cheese and smoked salmon. Repeat the process to the top.
4. Cover the zuccotto with the bread and cover with the cling film. Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
5. After 1 hour remove it from the bowl and transfer to plate. Cover with a layer of cream cheese on all sides.
6. Decorate the Xmas zuccotto and serve.
