SAVORY ZABAIONE: creamy and perfect for enriching your dishes!

INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolks
Salt
60g of butter
110ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
 
METHOD
1. Place a bowl over a pot with water and pour the egg yolks into the bowl. Add the salt, and whisk for a few minutes over low heat.
2. Add the butter and whisk again (add the butter in two batches). Pour in the white wine and continue to mix for about 8-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
3. Transfer the savory zabaglione to a small bowl and serve.
