Zabaione cream: the Italian dessert to try!

Impress your friends with this classic Italian dessert made with egg yolks, caster sugar and sweet wine. It's so simple to make and incredibly tasty and elegant.
INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolks
6 egg yolks
6 tbsp sugar
marsala liqueur
METHOD
1. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar.
2. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water (the water must not actually touch the bowl) and carry on whisking while gradually adding the liqueur.
3. Let it cool and serve.
