Mimosa roll: a tasty dessert you need to try

Soft and delicious, you will fall in love with this dessert!

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 ROLL:
2 eggs
60g flour
salt
60g sugar
vanilla extract
1tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggs, gradually add the sugar and the flour. Add the baking powder. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Since we are using a small oven, we doubled the quantities and made two rolls. If you have a larger baking pan and oven than, double the quantities and bake just one large sheet of sponge cake. In the meantime, prepare the cream by combining the whipped cream together with the custard. Spread the cream onto the sheet of sponge cake (set aside part of the sponge cake sheet for later), roll it up and refrigerate. Once it has cooled, spread the remaining cream over the top and cover it with the diced sponge cake. Enjoy this delicate, sweet and tasty dessert on women’s day!
