Savory Christmas log: all you need is some white bread!

It’s ready in very little time and all you need are a few simple ingredients: you have to try it!

INGREDIENTS
white sandwich bread
200g cream cheese
200g smoked salmon
arugula

DIRECTIONS
1. Place the bread slices all in a row and slightly overlapping. Use a rolling pin to flatten them.
2. Fill with arugula, smoked salmon, and cream cheese. Roll it up and refrigerate for one hour.
3. Slice off a piece of the roll-up to make the log and cover in mayonnaise.
