Sandwich bread cannoli: you have to try them!

You can fill them with anything you like. They are a unique and delicious dish that will surprise your dinner guests.INGREDIENTS
crustless sandwich bread
2tsp of tomato puree
3 black olives
basil
cheese
oregano
Parmesan cheese
olive oil
1 beaten egg
breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
Roll out a slice of crustless sandwich bread and spread tomato puree on it diagonally, then add black olives, oregano, cheese and basil to it. Join the two ends together to form a cannolo. Cover each cannolo in beaten egg (seasoned with salt and pepper) and then in some breadcrumbs. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes. These delicious savory cannoli are ready to be served!
