Meat Sandwich: you won’t be able to resist trying them!

These meat sandwiches are an easy and quick recipe to prepare, all you need are 5 minutes in a pan to create a really delicious dinner.

INGREDIENTS for 4 sandwiches
500g minced meat
50g parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
parsley
 
for the filling:
100g ham
100g smoked provola cheese
basil pesto

METHOD
1. Mix the minced meat with Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Create a solid mixture and spread out half on parchment paper.
2. Cover the mixture with ham, provola cheese, and pesto and spread out the remaining mixture.
3. Create a rectangle then divide it into two squares and the squares into triangles. Cook them in a pan on low heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
