Tiramisu truffles: you won't be able to resist!

INGREDIENTS
220g of ladyfingers
10g of instant coffee
80ml (1/4 cup) of water
70g (1/2 cup) of powdered sugar
260g (1 1/4 cups) of mascarpone
100g of milk chocolate
40g of dark chocolate
30ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
1. Add the ladyfingers to the plastic bag and press with the rolling pin to obtain the powder.
2. In a small bowl add the instant coffee and water (hot) and mix to combine.
3. Add the ladyfingers biscuits powder to the bowl and add the powdered sugar, prepared coffee, and mascarpone. Mix with a spatula to combine.
4. Take the mixture with the spoon and obtain the balls. Transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
5. In a small bowl add the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and vegetable oil and transfer to the microwave for 2 minutes. Mix to combine and incorporate chopped hazelnuts.
6. Dip each ball into the chocolate and let them dry on a tray. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
