Coconut pancakes: you won't be able to stop at one!

Chocolate + coconut + pancakes? The perfect treat! 
 
INGREDIENTS
For the pancakes:
3 eggs
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
200g (1 cup) sugar
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
125g (1 cup) flour
30g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
7g baking powder
 
For filling pancakes:
Boiled condensed milk
Melted chocolate
Coconut flakes
 
METHOD
  1. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Add the mixture to the bottle with the stopper. Pour a little of the mixture into a circle on a heated pan, making mini pancakes.
  2. When bubbles start to form on top of the pancakes, turn them over to the other side.
  3. Combine the two pancakes with the condensed milk and dip one side in the chocolate, then coat the edges with coconut flakes.
