Coconut pancakes: you won't be able to stop at one!

Chocolate + coconut + pancakes? The perfect treat!
INGREDIENTS
For the pancakes:
3 eggs
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
200g (1 cup) sugar
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
125g (1 cup) flour
30g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
7g baking powder
For filling pancakes:
Boiled condensed milk
Melted chocolate
Coconut flakes
METHOD
- Combine eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Add the mixture to the bottle with the stopper. Pour a little of the mixture into a circle on a heated pan, making mini pancakes.
- When bubbles start to form on top of the pancakes, turn them over to the other side.
- Combine the two pancakes with the condensed milk and dip one side in the chocolate, then coat the edges with coconut flakes.
