Sweet cheese fritters: you won't be able to stop at one!

Cream cheese, sugar and flour. You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs 
flour – 300 grams
baking powder – 2 tsp
cream cheese – 500 grams
sugar – 250 grams
vanillin – 2 tbsp
oil

METHOD
  1. In a bowl pour the sugar and add the eggs, mix and add cheese, vanillin, yeast and flour. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture without lumps, let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the balls forming them with two spoons. Pass them in sugar.
