Strawberry fritters: you won't be able to stop at one!

With fresh strawberries, easy and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
• 2 eggs
• salt
• 100g / 0.5 cup sugar
• 100g ricotta cheese
• lemon zest
• 10g baking powder
• 250g / 2 cups flour (all purpose)
• 100g strawberries
 
•vegetable oil
• sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar. Add ricotta cheese, lemon zest, baking powder and flour. Mix.
  2. Cut the strawberries into cubes and add them to the dough.
  3. Form balls from the dough and fry in a large amount of oil.
  4. Roll balls in sugar.
