Fried bananas: you won't be able to stop at one!

These fritters are wonderful!
INGREDIENTS
3 large bananas;
1 egg;
12g (1 tbsp) sugar;
120ml (½ cup) milk;
120g (1 cup) flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
½ tsp cinnamon;
½ tsp baking soda.
METHOD
- Cut each banana into thirds.
- Whisk egg with sugar, milk, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
- Use for or a wooden skewer to put bananas on and cover with the batter on all sides.
- Carefully put bananas into hot oil (180C/350F) and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
