Cauliflower meatballs: you won't be able to stop at one!

They are the perfect alternative to the usual meatballs! 

INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium cauliflower
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• ½ cup crushed cornflakes
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1 onion
• A pinch of parsley
  •  salt
  •  chili
  •  caraway seeds
  •  ground pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, put in a pan and pour water.
  2. Add salt. Cook until tender. Mash the cauliflower and remove the liquid.
  3. Add in cauliflower puree add eggs, crushed cornflakes, flour, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, chopped parsley, chopped onions and spices. Form balls. Fry in vegetable oil in a pan.
