Fried ricotta ravioli: you won't able to stop at one!

They are just amazing and so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
300 g flour
30 g Butter
30 g sugar
2 eggs
35/40 g Sweet muscat wine
1 Orange
250 g milk ricotta
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1\2 tsp cinnamon
powder sugar
oil for frying
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, butter, eggs, grated orange and wine.
  2. Refrigerate the dough for 30 min.
  3. In another bowl mix ricotta cheese with sugar, chocolate chips, cinnamon and grated orange. Then roll out the dough and make
  4. identical circles. Add cheese mixture onto one circle and cover with another circle.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, sprinkle with powder sugar.
