Sweet orange ravioli: you won't be able to stop at one!

Light, fluffy and irresistible! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1 orange (juice and zest);
30g (2 tbsp) sugar;
a pinch of salt;
60ml (¼ cup) milk;
220g (1 ⅓ cup) all-purpose flour;
8g (1 tbsp) baking powder.
METHOD
  1. Whisk orange juice and milk with salt and sugar.
  2. Separately combine flour and baking powder together.
  3. Add flour mixture into the liquids and mix until smooth dough forms.
  4. Set the dough aside for 20 minutes, then roll out into a disc and cut into squares.
  5. Combine all the scraps together and repeat until no dough is left.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden and puffy.
  7. Pass in some sugar before serving.
