Banana puff: you won't be able to stop at one!

Here's how to make the delicious Nigerians favourite snacks!
INGREDIENTS

80ml (0.34 cup) of warm water
15g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
220g (1 cup) bananas
375g (3 cups) flour 00
3g (1/2 tsp) cinnamon
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
500ml (2.04 cups) of warm milk
100g (0.5 cup) of sugar
METHOD
- Blend the bananas, then add the bananas to the flour, add the sugar and cinnamon. Mix warm water with yeast and add to the mixture, then pour the milk, knead everything into a fine, light dough. Cover with foil and leave for half an hour.
- Heat the oil and fry.
