Puffed rice chips: you won't be able to stop at one!

This method is incredible, you only need some rice and water to make the best treat ever! They puff up in 3 seconds!
INGREDIENTS
120g rice
340 ml water
salt

METHOD
1. Cook the rice until tender and blend into a cream
2. Spread the rice cream into a sheets amout 1.5 mm thick. Bake for 1 hour at 100°C.
3. Break rice sheet into segments and fry.
4. Season your chips with salt and enjoy!
