So easy and quick to make, they are just irresistible!
Fun-size corn dogs add a little wow factor to any get-together. Kids and adults love them, so expect every batch to disappear fast!
INGREDIENTS
Fun-size corn dogs add a little wow factor to any get-together. Kids and adults love them, so expect every batch to disappear fast!
INGREDIENTS
3 large hot dogs;
120g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
2 tsp baking powder;
30g (2 tbsp) sugar;
½ tsp salt;
1 tsp paprika;
1 egg;
120ml (½ cup) milk.
METHOD
- Cut hot dogs into ⅖ cm (1 inch) pieces. Pierce each one of them with a toothpick and dredge in extra flour.
- Whisk 1 cup of flour with salt, paprika, egg, milk, baking powder and sugar until smooth.
- Cover each hot dog piece in batter evenly, let the excess drip off, fry hot dogs in preheated (160C/325F) oil for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve right away with your favorite sauce.
