SALMON SWIRLS: a classic appetizer you can’t stop eating!

INGREDIENTS
240g (1 cup) cream cheese
Arugula
Pepper
5 slices sandwich bread
220g smoked salmon
Chopped pistachios
METHOD
1. In a bowl, add the cream cheese, arugula, and pepper, and mix to combine.
2. Place the sandwich bread on a cutting board. Spread the cream cheese and arugula mixture evenly over the entire surface in a thin layer.
3. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top and roll up the bread tightly from the long side. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Once chilled, transfer the bread roll to the cutting board and cut it into thick slices.
5. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each roll, then dip that side into the chopped pistachios.
6. Arrange the salmon swirls on a serving dish and enjoy.
