Puff pastry carrots filled with salmon cream: for a beautiful and fantastic appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
1
roll
of
puff pastry
100g (½ cup) of wood-smoked salmon
250g (1 cup) of cream cheese
Fresh dill
Egg wash
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Make a foil cone using pieces of cooking foil as shown in the video.
3. Wrap puff pastry strips around each cone, brush with egg wash, and bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
4. Mix salmon with cream cheese. Fill each carrot with the mixture and decorate using fresh dill.
