Vol-au-vent: the baskets of puff pastry suitable for a special appetizer!

They’re easy to put together and look incredibly impressive. 
 
INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry 2 sheets
Egg yolk
Cream cheese
Dill
Salmon

METHOD
  1. Roll out puff pastry, make a circle of 2 different sizes, some without the center.
  2. Transfer them to the baking pan and make cups spreading the yolk on each layer of dough.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  4. Fill it with cream cheese and salmon, sprinkle with dill.
