INGREDIENTS

400g (1 1/2 cups) of ricotta
70g (1/4 cup) of sugar
2 rolls of puff pastry
Jam
Walnuts
Hazelnut cream
Dark cherries
Chocolate chips

METHOD

1. In a bowl add the ricotta and sugar and mix with a spatula to combine.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and spread the prepared cream. Add one more puff pastry on top.
3. Cut the puff pastry into squares and make holes in the middle. Fill with jam, walnuts, hazelnut cream, dark cherries, and chocolate chips.
4. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
