CHRISTMAS PUFF PASTRY GARLAND: a beautiful appetizer for your dinner! π

INGREDIENTS
220g (1 cup) of cream cheese
150g of smoked salmon
Chives
Pepper
Salt
1 roll of puff pastry
Egg for egg wash
Sesame seeds
Cherry tomatoes
METHOD
1. In a food processor add the cream cheese, smoked salmon, chives, pepper, and salt and mix to obtain a creamy mixture.
2. Place a bowl with a diameter of about 12 cm in the center of the pastry. Press gently with your hands, being careful not to cut the dough, and remove the bowl. Divide the obtained circumference into 8 regular triangles
3. Spread the prepared mixture evenly around the central disc and fold the puff pastry over the filling
4. Lift the tip of each triangle you have made and fold it gently over the filling, joining it to the edges.
5. Brush the pastry with the egg sprinkle with sesame seeds and arrange the cherry tomatoes on the filling.
6. Transfer the puff pastry to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 30 minutes.
7. Serve puff pastry garland on a serving dish and enjoy.
