INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of puff pastry
hot dogs

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the puff pastry horizontally into three parts, then cut it vertically into one-centimeter strips. Cut a small hot dog into three parts.
2. Place each piece onto a strip of puff pastry and roll it up.
3. Arrange the rolls to make a large star. Use a food ring mold to make the space in the center of the star.
4. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
