WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE: excellent enjoyed by the spoonful or as a garnish on your desserts!

INGREDIENTS
310g of white chocolate
190ml (3/4 cup) of fresh cream
METHOD
1. Chop the white chocolate with a knife and place it in a bowl.
2. Pour the fresh cream into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour half of it over the chopped white chocolate. Whisk to combine.
3. Pour the remaining half of the fresh cream over the white chocolate and whisk again to combine. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. After 1 hour, remove the ganache from the fridge and whip it with an electric mixer until it becomes light and fluffy.
