SOFT CHOCOLATE TART: the SMART recipe for a DELICIOUS dessert!

INGREDIENTS
For the cake base:
110g of dark chocolate
110g (1/2 cup) of butter
2 eggs
90g (1/2 cup) of sugar
90g (3/4 cup) of all-purpose flour
4g (1/4 tbsp) of baking powder
For the ganache:
220g of milk chocolate
220g of milk chocolate
130ml (1/2 cup) of fresh cream
For decoration:
Raspberries
Blueberries
Mint
METHOD
1. Pour the dark chocolate into the bowl and transfer it to the microwave for 2 minutes.
2. In a bowl with melted chocolate add the butter and combine.
3. In a mixing bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix with an electric mixer to dissolve the sugar. Add the melted chocolate and continue to mix to combine well.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix to obtain no lumps mixture. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size) and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
5. In a bowl with the milk chocolate add the fresh cream (hot) and mix to prepare ganache.
6. Pour the ganache over the cake and decorate it with the berries and fresh mint. Leave the cake in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
7. After time has elapsed cut a slice and serve.
