Peach donut: soft and delicious, the smart recipe to make it in a pan!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
325g (2 ½ cups) of all-purpose flour
a pinch of salt
210ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) of peach syrup
60 g (4 1/2 tbsp) of sugar
90ml (2/5 cup) of vegetable oil
16g of baking powder
2 canned peaches, chopped
METHOD
1. Wrap a shot glass in 2 layers of foil and 1 layer of parchment. Spray with cooking spray, and place in the middle of a buttered and floured skillet.
2. Whisk flour and baking powder with a pinch of salt.
3. Separately whisk eggs with syrup, sugar, and vegetable oil.
4. Combine wet and dry mixtures together until smooth batter forms. Add chopped peaches and mix well.
5. Pour the batter into a pan and smooth it out. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, flip and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes more.
6. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
