Smart chocolate squares: the dessert to feed a crowd!

These squares are irresistible! With just a few ingredients, it's impossible to not try them:

INGREDIENTS

For the cake:

• 4 eggs

• 190g / 1.3 cups sugar

• 10g vanilla sugar

• 4 tbsp milk

• 4 tbsp oil

• 120g / 0.8 cup flour

• 2 tbsp cocoa

• 10g baking powder

Soak:

• 300ml / 10.6oz of milk

For the white part:

• 400ml / 14oz cream

For the chocolate sauce:

• 300ml / 10.6oz of milk

• 55g / 0.36 cup sugar

• 10g cornstarch

• 1 tbsp cocoa

• 100g dark chocolate

• pistachios

•strawberry

METHOD

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla with a mixer for 5-10 minutes. Add cocoa, flour and baking powder, whisk. Add milk and butter, whisk. Pour the dough into a greased form.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Pour milk on cooled cake.
Whip the cream. Put on cake.
For cocoa sauce: mix milk, sugar, cocoa, starch take to a boil. Chocolate is added, mixed until it melts. Using a spoon, spread the cool sauce on the cake.
Chill the cake for 2 hours. Garnish with pistachios and strawberries.
