Bbq rib sandwich: perfect to feed a crowd!

Tender inside and crispy outside, everyone will love it! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 1 rack pork ribs (1 kg/2 pounds);
 2 tbsp paprika;
 1 tbsp black pepper;
 2 tbsp sugar;
 2 tsp salt;
 1 tsp garlic powder;
 1 tsp ground cumin;
 1 tsp chili powder;
 1 cup BBQ sauce:
 ¼ cup honey;
 bread, parsley, parsley butter, caramelized onion.
 
METHOD
  1.  Remove white film from the surface of ribs.
  2.  Combine all of the listed spices together and season ribs all over. Place in a baking pan, cover with parchment or foil, then bake 150C/300F for around 5 hours.
  3.  Combine honey and BBQ sauce.
  4.  Remove bones from ribs, flip them meaty side up and brush with honey-BBQ. Broil until nice and crispy.
  5.  Slice bread in half lengthwise, brush with parsley butter and broil until golden and crispy. Place ribs on top, add caramelized onion and parsley. Slice into portions before serving.
