One-Pan BBQ Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS
1 rack baby back ribs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 pound green beans
METHOD
Put baby back ribs on parchment, season them with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano and brown sugar. Grease the meat well with these spices.
Put ribs on baking-sheet lined with foil, then wrap them in foil.
Bake at 275F/140C for 2 hours.
Uncover the ribs, spread BBQ sauce on top of the ribs. Add some green beans on the sides of baking-sheet, season them with salt.
Bake at 500F/260C for 10 min.
Shift the ribs to the cutting board. Cut meat between the bones to separate into pieces. Serve with green beans.
