One Pan Chicken And Veggies: The Tasty Recipe To Try Right Now!

Everyone will love this recipe. You only need 40 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast – 800 g

Zucchini – 1

Onion – 1

Potatoes - 2

Greek yogurt – 200 ml

Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp

Cheese – 150 g

Salt-Pepper to taste

Parsley

Olive oil

METHOD

Cut onion, potatoes and zucchini into slices. Cut the chicken.
Pan coat with oil. Arrange potatoes, onions, chicken and zucchini with the addition of oil and spices. Mix together yogurt and mayonnaise and pour-over.
Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the cheese on top. Return to oven for another 5 minutes. Serve.
