Banana cake in a pan: a tasty recipe to try right now!

Pour the beaten egg over the bananas, the result is so yummy!

INGREDIENTS

•2 eggs

• 2 bananas

• ½ tsp vinegar

• 200ml / 7oz milk

• 4g yeast

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 150g / 1 cup cornmeal

• 200g / 1 1/3 cups flour

• nuts

• chocolate drops

METHOD

Beat two eggs with vinegar. Add the egg mixture to the sliced bananas. Add milk and beat in a blender. Add yeast, sugar and two kinds of flour to the mixture. Stir and let rise.
Add nuts and chocolate drops to the dough. Mix. Grease the mold with oil and pour the dough into it. Then cook.
