Banana fluffy cake in a pan: every bite will be heaven!

This cake will melt in your mouth! Too delicious not to try it!

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups flour

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 cup icing sugar

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 1 cup milk

• 2 tbsp rum

•4 eggs

• 4 tbsp butter

• 2 bananas

• 200g Nutella

METHOD

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, rum and butter.
Peel and cut the bananas along.
Put sugar and caramelize in a pan. Add butter and put bananas. Pour half the dough, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Put on a plate.
Pour the remaining dough into the pan, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Spread the banana portion with Nutella and cover with the other half of the banana pie.
