Chocolate and banana creamy cake: every bite is divine!

This is our new favorite treat!
INGREDIENTS
Biscuit:
Plain flour – 100 g
Eggs – 2 pcs
Sugar – 150 g
Cocoa – 25 g
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Milk – 4 Tbsp
Oil – 4 Tbsp
Half of orange peel
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Banana – 3 pcs
Orange – 1 pcs
Cream:
Sugar – 150 g
Eggs – 2 pcs
Milk – 10 Tbsp
Milk – 1 l
Vanilla pudding – 2 packings
Flour – 100 g
Butter – 250 g
Vanilla – 2 tsp
Glaze:
Dark chocolate – 200 g
Oil – 4 Tbsp
METHOD
- In a bowl add eggs and sugar and whisk it. Add vanilla pudding and flour. Mix it and then add 10 tablespoons of milk. In a pot add the rest of the milk and leave it to boil. Add the mixture and mix it until it is thick. Remove it from the hot plate and add vanilla and mix it. Let it cool. Add butter and whisk it.
- In a bowl add egg yolks and sugar and whisk it. Add oil and milk and mix it constantly. Stir the flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix. In other bowl whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt. When it is well mixed add them gradually to cocoa mixture and add orange peel. Put it in the pan and bake on 180C for 20 minutes.
- When it is baked, coat it with orange juice and rum. Put the half of cream on it, add banana slices and then another half of cream. Make the glaze with melted chocolate and oil. Pour the glaze and leave the cake for 2 hours at room temperature. Serve.
