Stuffed cake with chocolate: every bite will be divine!

This cake will melt in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS

2 eggs;
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar;
150 g (5 oz) all-purpose flour;
¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil;
½ cup (120 ml) warm milk;
a pinch of salt;
zest 1 lemon;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
1 tsp baking powder;
½ cup (150 g) hazelnut cream.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Whisk eggs with sugar, vanilla, salt and zest until the mixture becomes light and pale.
- Add vegetable oil and warm milk. Whisk again before adding dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and mixing everything to make a smooth batter.
- Pour half of the batter into a prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes, then add hazelnut cream and leftover batter on top. Bake for 30 minutes more. Cool down for 30 minutes.
- When warm, remove the pan and dust with powdered sugar.
