Crumble cake with custard cream: every slice is divine!

Here's a delicious dessert for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
Biscuits – 300g ( 10.5 oz )
Butter – 150g ( 2/3 cup )
Filling:
3 Egg yolks
Sugar – 100g ( 1/2 cup )
Flour – 40g ( 2 tbsp )
Milk – 500ml ( 2 cups )
Vanilla – 4g ( 1 tsp )
Decoration:
Pine nuts – 50g ( 1/2 cup )
Icing sugar
METHOD:
- For filling:
- In a pot pour milk, add vanilla and leave it to boil.
- In a bowl add sugar and eggs. Whisk it and add flour. Mix it and add to a pot with milk. Mix until it thickens. Leave it to cool.
- For crust:
- Put the biscuits into a blender and blend it. Add melted butter to them and put it into a springform pan. Leave it in the fridge.
- Pour the vanilla filling and add the rest of the biscuits. Put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours. Decorate with pine nuts and icing sugar.
- Serve.
