Creamy puff pastry cake: every slice will be delicious!

Two pieces of puff pastry, 500g
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
20g vanilla sugar
250g (1 cup) mascarpone
400ml (1.7 cup) heavy cream
1 cup coffee (optional)
430g (1.3 cup) hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Roll out the puff pastry and circle it with a 26 cm mold, then prick it with a fork, coat it with milk, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Repeat, roll out another piece of puff pastry, this time circle it with a shard and cut it into slices, coat with milk, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake.
- Mix the mascarpone with a spoon, add the vanilla sugar, whip the whipped cream, add the mascarpone mixture, then add the hazelnut cream, whisk everything.
- Fold the cake. Put the crust in the mold, then add the cream, and then arrange the triangles.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
