Crispy puff pastry baskets with a delicious filling

INGREDIENTS
1 rectangular puff pastry
150g speck
100g brie
Walnuts (as needed)
METHOD
1. Unroll a rectangular puff pastry.
2. Cut it into squares and place each one in a muffin mold.
3. Cover with a nice slice of speck, add a piece of brie, and fold the excess speck over the top.
4. Add some walnuts and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve!
