FILO PASTRY BASKETS: SUPER CRISPY and TASTY to serve as an appetizer! 😋

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of fillo pastry
120g of brie
Blueberry jam
Rosemary
METHOD
1. Cut the sheets of filo pastry into squares and insert 5 squares of filo pastry into a muffin tin.
2. Fill the fillo cups with the brie and transfer the muffin tin to the oven. Bake at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes.
3. Fill the fillo pastry baskets with the blueberry jam, decorate with fresh rosemary, and serve.
