PARMESAN BASKETS: BEAUTIFUL, CRISPY and SUPER DELICIOUS!

INGREDIENTS
Butter
120g (1 1/4 cups) of parmesan
Prosciutto
Salami
Mortadella
Cherry tomatoes
Mini mozzarella
90g of cheese
METHOD
1. In a non-stick pan add a piece of butter and as soon as it starts to melt add about two/three tablespoons of parmesan to the bottom of the pan (for each basket). Press the parmesan with the bottom of the spoon uniform to obtain the shape of a disk.
2. Let the parmesan melt over medium heat and when the edges start to darken, we can turn it with the help of the spatula.
3. Using a spatula, remove it from the pan and transfer it to the inverted cup. Place the parchment paper on top and press it on the sides to obtain a cup shape.
4. Roll the prosciutto, salami, and mortadella to obtain a rose shape. Place the mozzarella balls on the skewers, alternating them with cherry tomatoes cut in half.
5. Fill the parmesan baskets and serve.
