1 tomato

Pepper
Cooking oil

METHOD
  1. Chop the beef and fry in oil. Chopp potatoes, deep-fry.
  2. Cut eggplant, deep-fry. Fry onions in a pan, add tomato paste, chopped tomato. Add cooked potatoes, eggplant, meat, salt, pepper. Mix. Put the Parmigiana in glasses and cover with puff pastry. Grease the dough with an egg. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
