Sandwich bread baskets with salmon and robiola: The perfect appetizer for your holiday dinner!

INGREDIENTS
12 slices of sandwich bread
400g of robiola cheese
150g of smoked salmon
Olive oil, to taste
Chives, to taste
Mixed seeds, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
1. Flatten the slices of sandwich bread by rolling them with a rolling pin on a cutting board.
2. Line muffin tins with the bread slices, pressing them well to fit the base and sides.
3. Toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool.
4. In a large bowl, combine the robiola cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped chives. Mix with a fork until smooth and creamy.
5. Transfer the cream to a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and fill each basket with the cream.
6. Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream and finish by decorating with a handful of mixed seeds.
