BREAD ROLLS: irresistible appetizers with a variety of flavors, ready in no time!

INGREDIENTS
3 slices of sandwich bread
For salmon rolls:
70g (1/4 cup) cream cheese + for covering
90g salmon
Pistachio crumbs
For salami rolls:
60g mayonnaise + for covering
70g salami
Chopped almonds
For mortadella rolls:
70g (1/4 cup) cream cheese + for covering
70g mortadella
Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
1. Place the sandwich bread on a cutting board and flatten it with a rolling pin.
2. For salmon rolls - Spread the cream cheese on top of the bread and arrange the salmon slices. Roll it up and wrap the roll in cling film. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. For salami rolls - Spread the mayonnaise on the sandwich bread and arrange the salami on top. Roll it up and wrap the roll in cling film. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
4. For mortadella rolls - Spread the cream cheese on top of the bread and arrange the mortadella slices. Roll it up and wrap the roll in cling film. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
5. After the time is up, coat the top and sides of the salmon roll with cream cheese and roll it in the chopped pistachios.
6. Coat the top and sides of the salami roll with cream cheese and roll it in the chopped almonds.
7. Coat the top and sides of the mortadella roll with mayonnaise and roll it in the chopped hazelnuts.
8. Cut each roll into slices and serve them all together on a serving dish.
