OVERNIGHT OATS with rice milk and blueberries: the healthy recipe for your breakfast!

Overnight Oats with rice milk and blueberries are a healthy, fresh, and easy breakfast to prepare. Just mix a few ingredients the night before and let it rest in the fridge overnight. The result is a creamy and nourishing breakfast, perfect for those with little time in the morning. Blueberries add a sweet and antioxidant boost, while oat bran and rice milk provide a good source of fiber and vitamins. It’s the perfect way to start your day with energy and flavor!
INGREDIENTS
50g of oat bran
160ml (3/4 cup) of rice milk
Blueberries
For garnishing:
80g (1/4 cup) of greek yogurt
Blueberries
Almond flakes
METHOD
1. In a jar add the oat bran, rice milk, and blueberries. Mix all well with the teaspoon.
2. Close the jar and transfer it to the fridge for 10 hours, or overnight.
3. After time has elapsed garnish with a few spoons of Greek yogurt, blueberries, and almond flakes.
4. Serve the overnight oats and enjoy.
