Rice crackers: the easy and light recipe!

Here's how to make amazing rice crackers at home!
INGREDIENTS
600g (3 cups) of Glutinous Rice;
INGREDIENTS
600g (3 cups) of Glutinous Rice;
Water;
Vegetable Oil for frying.
METHOD
- Soak the rice for 2 hours. Drain the rice and place in a steamer and steam for about 25 to 30 minutes on high heat.
- Shape the rice: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place a baking ring or a cookie cutter on the baking tray. Spoon some rice in the cookie-cutter, lightly compact the rice with the back of a spoon.
- Then dry the shaped rice under the sun for 1 to 2 days or until it’s very dry and crispy.
- Fry the rice cake into deep oil. Let it cool completely before serving.
