Rice croquettes: quick, delicious and easy to make!

So crispy and delicious, this recipe is perfect to reuse leftover rice!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250 ml of milk
Parsley
500 gr cooked rice
3 tbsp of wheat flour
100 gr softened butter
200 gr mozzarella cheese
200 gr grilled ham
salt to taste
bread crumbs
GARLIC SAUCE
2 lobes of garlic
100 ml of cold milk
parsley to taste
mayonnaise to taste
salt to taste
METHOD
- In a blender, combine milk, butter, rice and flour mixed with salt. Then add ham, mozzarella and parsley to the pre-prepared mixture as well as salt as desired. Mix it all together.
- Using a spoon, make the mixture from the mixture, roll in bread crumbs and fry in extra heated oil.
- Prepare the sauce as desired.
