Cabbage cake stuffed with rice: an easy idea for a quick dinner!

Here's an elegant vegetarian festive meal!
INGREDIENTS

1 Onion
1 Cabbage
200g (1 1/2 cup) Basmati rice
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Turmeric
4g (1 tsp) Coriander
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
METHOD
- Divide the cabbage leaves and the middle of it cut into squares. Cook the leaves until they are soft.
- In an oiled pan add chopped onion. Fry it a little bit and add chopped cabbage. Add spices and mix it. Cook it for a while and add basmati rice.
- In a pot put the cabbage leaves. Put the rice mixture in the middle, close it and put the plate on top. Add water and put the id.
- Cook it for about an hour. Serve.
