Cabbage cake stuffed with rice: an easy idea for a quick dinner!

Here's an elegant vegetarian festive meal!

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion

1 Cabbage

200g (1 1/2 cup) Basmati rice

4g (1 tsp) Salt

4g (1 tsp) Turmeric

4g (1 tsp) Coriander

4g (1 tsp) Pepper

METHOD

Divide the cabbage leaves and the middle of it cut into squares. Cook the leaves until they are soft.
In an oiled pan add chopped onion. Fry it a little bit and add chopped cabbage. Add spices and mix it. Cook it for a while and add basmati rice.
In a pot put the cabbage leaves. Put the rice mixture in the middle, close it and put the plate on top. Add water and put the id.
Cook it for about an hour. Serve.
