Cabbage cake: tasty, easy and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS
1kg cabbage
1kg cabbage
800g minced meat
500g potatoes
150g cheese
3 onions
5 eggs
50ml (1/4 cup) milk
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
- In a pan add the onion, meat, season it with salt and pepper and fry.
- Transfer the meat into the bowl, grate the potato and add the cheese, and mix all together well.
- In a second bowl whisk the eggs, add the milk and combine well together.
- Prepare the cabbage and add it to the pan at the bottom. Add the meat mixture on top and pour with the egg mixture on top. Repeat the process one more time.
- Cover with more cabbage and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
